Vo thịt gà thành các viên nhỏ, tròn đều. Làm nóng lò, nướng thịt gà ở nhiệt độ 73 độ C khoảng 15-20 phút. Trong lúc nướng, nhớ trở các viên thịt để chúng được chín đều.

Sau cùng, cho 1 muỗng cà phê ớt bột, vắt chanh, 1 muỗng canh tương ớt và rau mùi còn lại vào nồi sốt, khuấy nhẹ tay.
Cuối cùng, cho các viên thịt gà đã nướng vào sốt, nấu thêm khoảng 3 phút là được. Tắt bếp, cho món ăn ra đĩa, mùi thơm của cà ri, mềm của gà viên tạo nên hương vị khó quên cho bữa ăn gia đình bạn đấy!
